Upon receipt of your order, please check to verify everything you ordered is correct. Including quantity.  If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong merchandise, or the quantity ordered is not correct, please contact us at: 1-888-437-3157. 

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice and must be returned in the original packaging. 

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied on accepted items returned after 30 days. If your items are returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt, you can expect a refund within 2 weeks of our receiving your returned product.

If you end up not wanting an item, you may return or exchange it within seven business days of the receipt. The item must be in its original and unused condition.

Custom flags, Custom Grave Flags, Custom Grave Markers and any other custom items has a NO RETURN, NO REFUND policy. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, all custom flags (including custom grave flags) have a NO REFUND policy.  We strive to provide the best quality items we can but weather conditions vary for all of our customers in all their different locations so this is a policy we strongly enforce!

Before you return a product to us, please contact us.  Shipping and handling is NON-REFUNDABLE!

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION.

Customers who provide us with incorrect shipping information and whose merchandise is returned as "undelivered" will not be refunded for their initial shipping charge & will be required to pay a re-shipping charge if you ask that your order be re-sent to you.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once your items have left our warehouse.


SHIPPING POLICY:

All items will be shipped out as soon as possible. During our busy times of the year some items may take longer due to being back ordered. Custom items can take up to 8-10 weeks to be shipped. This depends on the volume of orders that are being processed at that time. 
For custom grave flags, custom grave markers & custom flags that are being placed for the Memorial Day season, we suggest getting those items ordered in the months of January, February, March & April to ensure delivery by the Memorial Day holiday!
